help wanted: good health comrades needed

A great way to make cooking more enjoyable is not to be in charge of doing it all the time. Try to split up cooking days with members of your family, or if you live alone, try it with friends. Splitting cooking responsibilities will not only encourage you to cook a great meal, but it will also help create a circle of healthy comrades. This is a great and easy way to bring variety to your menu. Make sure everyone involved is on the same page when it comes to healthy eating.
