The best way to stay on track is to plan ahead. Don't wait until your stomach is growling and you're super tired after a long day to decide what you're going to eat for dinner. Take one night out of each week to plan your menu for the rest of the week. Not only will you be prepared when you go to the store and splurge less, but you will also save big on time and calories.
