post-snacking diet tips
Eating before a workout can be tricky. For example, if you work out first thing in the morning, then you'll probably want something different to munch on than if you are an evening exerciser. No matter what time of day you choose to work out, it's never a good idea to move on an empty stomach. On the other hand, it's also not smart to eat a large meal before a training session. The best way to ensure you have enough fuel is to eat a small meal consisting of carbohydrates that are low in fat. Having a high-carbohydrate snack two hours before exercising can give you ample energy and a calm stomach for a great workout.
